Selwyn Drain

Co-Founder & CEO

Selwyn is an accomplished commercial leader with experience launching and scaling innovative healthcare solutions that improve quality outcomes for patients with serious conditions. His background includes more than twenty-eight years of experience in pharma biotech commercialization. His experience includes leadership roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Genentech, LabCorp, and Nantomics. His achievements include launching eight new brands into the healthcare market and four startup first-in-class launches. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ball State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.

Inez

Inez Wondeh

Co-Founder & Board Member

Inez Wondeh is Co-founder of MiPHR, LLC and CEO, BASS Medical Group (BMG). An experienced healthcare executive with more than 20 years in the industry, holding several key positions at various healthcare organizations, including four years as Chief Operating Officer at BMG. Inez is leading BMG's growth strategy initiatives and operational planning; while focusing on efficiency initiatives to improve the patient experience. Inez is passionate about her stance that, “patient access to health care records is key to informed decision making for patients and healthcare providers”. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration & Management from St. Mary’s College and a Master of Public Administration & Master of Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.

Wes

Wes Suddaby

Chief Technology Officer

Wes has over 40 years of experience in software development for healthcare and laboratory information management. He has worked with Stanford Healthcare and John Muir Health to implement automation systems to streamline billing efficiency. His experience at Fortune 500 companies includes Lockheed Martin, Baxter International, Ethicon, Hoechst Celanese, Northrop Grumman, Alcoa, and PPG. He holds a Master in Computer Science from Polytechnic Institute of New York University. Wes is the owner and principal consultant at Forefront Technologies, a consulting and software development firm.

Dr. Richard Cherlin

Clinical Advisor

Dr. Richard Cherlin's impressive journey in the medical field began with summa cum laude honors from Brooklyn College, followed by his attendance at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He embarked on his medical career as an intern and first-year resident at Bronx Municipal Hospital Center and later continued his residency as a second-year resident in medicine at Stanford. His expertise in endocrinology was honed during a fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital, where he also served as a clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School.

Since July 1977, Dr. Cherlin has been running his own successful endocrine practice, bringing his extensive knowledge to benefit patients. He holds board certifications in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, and Metabolism. Dr. Cherlin's contribution to medical education continues as an adjunct clinical professor of medicine at Stanford.

His practice is dedicated to addressing a range of health issues, including thyroid disorders, diabetes, osteoporosis, parathyroid disease, and complications related to estrogen and testosterone. Dr. Cherlin's academic achievements have earned him membership in Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Omega Alpha. He has also been recognized as one of the nation's "top doctors" by Castle Connolly. His commitment to advancing medical knowledge is evident through his role as a principal investigator in over 120 clinical research studies, with ongoing research in diabetes and lipid disorders.

Dr. Shreya Khatri

Dr. Shreya Khatri is a dedicated, board-certified Family Medicine physician with a deep commitment to patient-centered care. She is a proud graduate of Ross University School of Medicine and completed her residency training at Doctors Medical Center, which is affiliated with UC Davis, located in Modesto, California.

A unique aspect of Dr. Khatri's practice revolves around lifestyle management for prediabetic and diabetic patients. She diligently collaborates with her patients to create tailored meal plans, exercise routines, and regular follow-ups to ensure the proper execution of these plans. Dr. Khatri has also taken the initiative to organize patient-centered diabetes groups within the community. These groups not only focus on educating patients but also empower them to make positive changes in their daily lives to improve their health. The sessions include cooking demonstrations, discussions, and A1C/glucose monitoring.

Dr. Smruti Nalawadi

Dr. Smruti Nalawadi, MD, brings over 19 years of extensive experience as an internal medicine physician to the Morgan Hill community, where she has been serving for the past 4 years. As a board-certified Internal Medicine physician, Dr. Nalawadi holds a diploma in Obesity medicine and possesses specialized training in Women's Health and Prevention. Additionally, she is certified as a Life and Health Coach.

Dr. Nalawadi's expertise extends to treating complex comorbidities such as diabetes, hypertension, metabolic syndrome, obesity, women's health, heart disease, lung disease, nutritional problems, stroke, and complex geriatric conditions. Her commitment to patient care knows no boundaries, as she enjoys building connections with individuals of all ages and cultural backgrounds.
